We examine Hotelling's duopoly model on the plane. There are two firms located inside a circle. The first problem is to find the equilibrium prices with fixed firm's location, and the second problem is to find the equilibrium allocation of the firms inside the circle. The firms aim at maximal gain. In case of symmetrical location the optimal prices are derived. The equilibrium for allocation is also derived. Numerical calculation is given.
