Scientific publications

The results of the detailed study of the sedimentary ensembles, restricted to the Mesoarchean units of the komatiitic-basaltic “ophiolite-like” complexes of the Central Karelian terrain, are reported. Changes in the sedimentation sequence pattern that reflect differences in the geodynamic regimes of formation of mafic-sedimentary parageneses within the terrain and corroborate the sliding pattern of the modern sequence are described.
